CranioSacral therapy provided by Debra involves light touch techniques to balance the structures and functions within all the systems in the body including the cranium. This treatment utilizes one or more techniques including CranioSacral, Orthopaedic massage techniques, Total Body Lymphatic Balancing (TBLB), and advanced fascial work releasing deep restrictions. Many common conditions treated include migraines, vertigo, PTSD, scoliosis, physical injuries, depression/anxiety, TMJ*, Lymphatic issues, nerve issues, chronic pain issues, sinus, restricted diaphragms, visceral, overactive central nervous system/*Vagus Nerve (fight/flight/freeze), and the support of gentle trauma resolution. Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Manual Osteopath is a non-invasive treatment involving structure and function balancing. Practitioners assess and treat musculoskeletal issues, advanced myofascial release of deep restrictions, CranioSacral system balancing including the central nervous system and vagus nerve and visceral manipulation of the organs to obtain optimal health.

Debra was born and raised in Olds, Alberta and has now lived in Red Deer for the past 18 years. Growing up she played many sports She spent a lot of time going to chiropractors to manage headaches, TMJ issues along with years of struggling with whiplash symptoms. It was not until a minor MVA that caused further issues that sparked an awareness that alternative health is necessary after finding the most relief with a combination of alternative therapies. So this was definitely part of her future career aspirations. Also, having 2 children with many illnesses was definitely a sign she was in the right career at the right time. Graduating from Advanced Massage therapy in 2009 and Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC) in 2019. Debra was a TA with MOCC for 1 year following. Debras focus has always been having a very diverse holistic background focusing on the body as a whole unit. Traning in everything from Bioflex Laser Training, Touch for Health, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Total Body Lymphatic Balancing, Orthopedic Massage courses, Fascial courses, Graston Technique, and her passion being CranioSacral therapy. Her desire and passion have always been to find the “root cause” treating the structure and function of the body as a whole unit.
